Manoj Gulati has more than 15 years experience in consulting, operations, and business development, which includes working at several large management and technology consulting firms with a strong focus on delivering enterprise-wide solutions, driving innovation, and managing customer relations. His consulting experience helps him understand the needs of each eye bank, create appropriate transformation strategies, and manage a portfolio of projects effectively.
Manoj has an MBA from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Bangalore University in India. He has extensive community volunteer experience both in the US and in India, with a passion for helping those in need. Even as a teenager in Kolkata, India, Manoj organized an eye camp for 220 low-income and medically deprived citizens. Manoj is married and has two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking for friends, and being a swimming coach.
